This is a plain-language privacy policy for Pasadena Works (https://pasadenaworks.com). We keep this simple on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and ask.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever message you send us. Separately, if you click "OK" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see basic traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly where from, that kind of thing. Nothing loads unless you say yes, and declining costs you nothing on this site. We don't use ad trackers or sell any of this to anyone.

How we use it

We use your contact information for exactly one thing: replying to you. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Where it goes

Our contact form submits to a form processing service (Formspree) and, at the same time, to our own lead-tracking system, so we can follow up with you. Both are ours to operate or contract with directly — we don't sell access to your information to anyone else, and nothing you submit is used for advertising.

Analytics

If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and see which pages people actually read. We've turned off Google's ad-personalization features (Google Signals), so this stays plain traffic counting — it's not used for advertising, and we don't share it for advertising either. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for pasadenaworks.com — that resets the banner so you can decline.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, and ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
